Do I need to know how to dance to take Cardio Hip Hop?
NO!!!!!

The class is broken down in a way that anyone can join the class and pick up the routine while working up a sweat. It's a little more challenging than a Hi/Lo class because the style of movements are new to you, but after a few classes it becomes comfortable.

If you're bored of Hi/Lo, or wanna do a dance class but find that regular dance classes aren't challening your aerobic capacity/cardiovascular ability, try my CARDIO HIP HOP, and get ready to "work it!" (I put my name down flip it and reverse it... Missy Elliot)

What kind of activity should I do to get fit?

1. Pick something you enjoy!!! There's no way you can expect to stick to a program if it feels like pulling teeth or eating spinach (or whatever food it is you don't like)

2. It depends on what your goal is. As a general recommendation, a well-rounded program that includes group cardio classes, muscle conditioning, weight training, and some other activity like dance or swimming or biking will give you balance.
If you are looking to target specific parts of your body or for a specific goal I'd recommend contacting a personal trainer who is more skilled to answer that question than I currently am. (I am working on my Personal Trainer Certification though....)
